Two night minimum stay, six week maximum stay.

High season rates are $800 per night.
The price of your stay includes the following:
Utilities: electricity, air conditioning, heating, and hot water.
Kitchen: tea towels, paper towels, cleaning sponges, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher liquid. Guests are welcome to use cooking condiments and spices.
Bed & bath: bed linens, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bathroom tissue is provided in each bathroom, and laundry detergent in the half bathroom.
We offer a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. In winter the first basket of logs and kindling is provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Pool heating is NOT included. A meter reading will be sent to guests upon check out and request for payment will be made.
Please carefully read through the Rental Agreement & Conditions under Documents. These will be emailed to you upon booking. Prior to check out, please following the Departure Check List provided in the kitchen.
Guests: maximum number of guests is 8. There is space in all bedrooms for a cot or pack & play so we allow up to 3 babies/toddlers. However, please read our Renter's Agreement with regard to safety as there are hazards such as the pool, pool area, fireplaces, and fully opening windows. Toddlers and children must be supervised at all times.
Pets: Pets are allowed upon approval with signed Pet Addendum and a fee of $75 per pet. Pets must be fully house-trained and well-behaved.
Arrival: Arrival time is any time after 4pm. If you would like to arrive earlier please call to discuss as this can sometimes be arranged.
Departure: Departure time is by 12 noon on the final day to allow us time to clean prior to arrival of the next guests.
Damages: Please treat the house and furnishings with care and report any damage/breakages caused by your party. Any damages must be reported prior to departure. Should any damage be discovered, a claim will be filed.
We do not allow: Smoking, parties, or shoes in the house.
